After a warm Monday with mostly clear skies, before the clouds took over from our west, Tuesday will be mostly cloudy with rain in the morning. Let’s break it down…
Bus Stop Forecast | 6 AM
It’s going to be a rainy one for much of the area. HRRR Forecast Model is suggesting heavy pockets of rain over the valley into our upper East TN counties before coverage increases, covering much of the area. Winds will be light.

Aside from the rain, it will be warm with temperatures in the upper-50s / lower-60s as you head out.

Morning Forecast | 7A-12P
The heaviest rain will start moving into Western NC after 10 AM, with lingering light to moderate rain over the Eastern parts of TN and SW VA. Temperatures will actually decrease after 7 AM across portions of the plateau before the whole area warms back up into the 50s after 11 AM.
