Cocke county has opened cooling stations within the county as temperatures reach the upper-90s to near 100.

These stations will be open from 11A-4P through Friday, June 24th.

Cosby Volunteer Fire and Grassy Fork Volunteer Fire are offering cooling and bottled water.

The Newport Community Center Gym is offering cooling, bottled water, and free showers.
