The SPC issued a level 2 Severe Risk for the southern valley Friday while having a level 1 risk for the Central valley. Storms along a line are expected to push through late Friday afternoon into the evening with the potential of strong winds and a brief isolated tornado. Flooding is also a concern. With or without storms, winds will be gusting 40-60 MPH through the day.
